Virginia wanted me to share with you a few of her tips for maximizing the fun.
Step 1: Know your mission. Dress for success.
Step 2: Sing a little song. This one is called "I Love Worms All Day" (copyright is pending).
Step 3: Have the right equipment. Know where to look for the best puddles (the neighbor's driveway is highly recommended).
Step 4: Enjoy...
...at least until your shorts get wet.

We got four inches of rain in Ashland on Wednesday night, rain on Thursday, still raining today on Friday. Virginia would find lots of puddles here to splash! Very cute videos E!
